FOLK MUSEUM OF ALONISSOS
A unique museum, was an initiative of the author and former fisherman Costas Mavrikis, who has designed a series of folklore, cultural, military and piracy collections.

ASSOCIATION OF FRIENDS OF ALONISSOS
A cultural, non-profit organization that consists of people from different countries united by their mutual love for the island of Alonissos. The association is remarkably active in the protection of cultural heritage (disbursement of available resources for the excavations in Agios Dimitrios), in social protection (staffing of the sanitary station), in the tourist promotion of the island (organization of medical conferences) and in the protection of natural environment in collaboration with local authorities.

MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISE OF STUDIES, PROJECTS AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALONISSOS N. MAGNISIAS - DEMEKA SA
A municipal enterprise located inside the Municipality of Alonissos and governed by a 7-member council appointed by the Alonissos Municipal Council. The main activity of Demeka SA is the preservation and dissemination of the cultural heritage of Alonissos Island.
Participation in part of the activities and studies carried out in relation to the island of Alonissos and especially in the techno-economic studies related to the reinforcement of the island's fishermen and sustainability studies in cooperation with Atlantis Consulting SA.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY OF ALONISSOS

COMMERCIAL TOURISM ASSOCIATION OF SKOPELOS
The Skopelos Commercial Tourism Association is a free trade union fighting for the protection of the professional interests of its members, the support and development of solidarity between its members and other participants of the Greek commercial sector, as well as for the promotion of the local commerce and generally the Greek commerce and trade, in accordance to the general interests of the local and wider community.
Participation in social and professional consultation and consensus, design studies of the actions of the proposed project, leveraging private funds to upgrade the tourist infrastructure and product of the island in the direction of the proposed intervention.
This is the management agency of the Northern Sporades National Marine Park, which covers the area of Alonissos, as well as other uninhabited islets. The management agency is responsible for the protection of the area, is involved in research projects for the survival of the Mediterranean monk seal, and for the study, conservation and documentation of the entire ecosystem of the Northern Sporades region.
The management agency has a pivotal role, as all the local and scientific actors of the area are involved in this management agency. The management agency will contribute significantly through dialogue, consultation and consensus building for the proposed intervention, will participate in all studies related to the Park’s conservation and management; the organization of possible increase of diving tourism, the possible creation of diving parks and underwater museums, as well as the design of naval routes, etc. Will also be in charge of the study, documentation and promotion of the Northern Sporades and their unique endemic species. Finally, its role will contribute in creating the eco-touristic environmental profile of the intervention and without the management agency’s permission no action will be implemented in the marine park.
One of the most important European Maritime Research Center with significant infrastructure and scientific experience. Owns two research vessels, manned boats, two submersible vehicles controlled by surface vessels and scientific equipment that can meet the needs of this project. Significant experience in studies related to the sea, such as coastal zone management, marine environment protection, oceanographic and hydrobiological studies, fishery management, support for archaeological research, contribution to maritime transport safety, etc.
HCMR will play an important role in conducting the required studies related to the preservation state of the marine and coastal ecosystem and the maintenance of the environmental equilibrium in the intervention area. The research center's actions include proposals for the protection, documentation and promotion of underwater biodiversity. The research center will document, promote and disseminate the underwater heritage and seabed of the area. The purpose of the above actions is to ensure sustainability while protecting the environment through the network’s actions.
Special Regional Service of the Ministry of Culture. According to the Law 405/1976 (Government Gazette A / 207/1976) the Ephorate of Underwater Antiquities is responsible for carrying out archaeological surveillance before any activity at sea. At the same time it organizes cultural events and activities, such as workshops, exhibitions, etc. to promote the Greek underwater cultural heritage.
Η Εφορεία Ενάλιων Αρχαιοτήτων του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού θα παρέχει την απαραίτητη έγκριση και καθοδήγηση στο πλαίσιο της υλοποίησης των μελετών τόσο για τον τρόπο τεκμηρίωσης και ανάδειξης των ενάλιων αρχαιοτήτων της περιοχής, όσο και για την προβολή τους. Ειδικότερα, ο φορέας αποτελεί τον τελικό δικαιούχο και συντονιστή εταίρο των μελετών για την ίδρυση και λειτουργία πιλοτικών υποβρυχίων μουσείων, για την ίδρυση και λειτουργία του Ερευνητικού Κέντρου Ναυτικής Αρχαιολογίας (θα λειτουργήσει με την έγκρισή του και υπό την εποπτεία του), ενώ θα συνεργασθεί και στη μελέτη τεκμηρίωσης του ενάλιου αρχαιολογικού πλούτου. Συμμετέχει επίσης στη μελέτη και στην υλοποίηση της δράσης η οποία αφορά τη δημιουργία περιοδεύουσας έκθεσης “Επισκεφθείτε Ζωντανά το Μεγαλύτερο Γνωστό Κλασσικό Ναυάγιο της Αρχαιότητας στην Περιστέρα Αλοννήσου”. Επιπρόσθετα, αποτελεί τον τελικό Δικαιούχο και στη δράση για τη δημιουργία του Ερευνητικού Κέντρου Αρχαιολογίας.

HELLENIC INSTITUTE OF MARINE ARCHAEOLOGY – H.I.M.A.
Along with the Ephorate of Underwater Antiquities, H.I.M.A. is one of the oldest and most important scientific and research bodies of underwater archaeological activity in Greece and one of the most important in the world. H.I.M.A. is experienced in underwater research, localization of wrecks, documentation, excavation and scientific analysis of conclusions, in establishments of museums, as well as in displaying the results in numerous exhibitions, conferences, publications, lectures.
H.I.M.A. is partner of the project with deep knowledge in research, documentation and raising public awareness on the country's underwater archaeological heritage. Under the approval and guidance of the Ephorate of Underwater Antiquities of the Ministry of Culture, will participate in studies of documentation and promotion of the area's underwater antiquities. During the implementation phase of the project, H.I.M.A. will be able to participate and assist in the archaeological documentation and promotion of the findings, the establishment of the underwater museums and the operation of the Naval Archeology Research Center in Alonissos.

GREEK DIVING PARKS SA
The first, unique and most specialized operator in the country with the objective of developing Greek diving tourism through the establishment and operation of the first diving parks in Methoni, Pylos and Makronissos.
Responsible for the financing of the project, as well as the attraction of other potential investors. Participation in: studies related to the development and promotion of the diving product, the delineation and possible operation of diving parks in the archipelago, their detailed specifications, techno-economic viability studies, product integration with the creation of a comprehensive tourism services package and the study of alternative proposals development of diving tourism beyond the creation of diving parks (such as the study and creation of artificial reefs, etc.). Greek Diving Parks SA will also be involved in the preliminary studies for the establishment of two pilot underwater museums, always in cooperation with the other stakeholders involved the project.

The most experienced and specialized law office in dealing with the underwater environment, the underwater antiquities and the diving tourism. Athens law company D. Markatos & Associates has drafted the basic plan of the Law 3409/05 on recreational diving as well as its executive ministerial decisions and has provided relevant legal and legislative services to a number of public and private entities.
Participates in almost all studies to document and cover legal issues. The study of the already existing legal framework and the creation of proposals for legislation to fill in the legislative gaps related to the implementation of the project, in particular in the context of the operation and location of diving parks, as well as the creation and operation of underwater archaeological museums and/or inland archaeological sites. Finally, Athens law company D. Markatos & Associates will be responsible for drawing up contracts for the implementation of the project.
The unique Department of Ichthyology & Aquatic Environment (DIAE) of the University of Thessaly is responsible for research, education, and technology development and know-how in the scientific fields of fisheries, aquaculture, fish processing and the aquatic environment.
Research activities cover a wide area in the field of marine investigation. The Department participates in many educational and research programs (Community and National), for the funding of its overall activities.
